Gift Card Terms & Conditions
- 1. In these Terms & Conditions “Gift Card” refers to Aftershock branded gift cards which can be only be used on Aftershock Australia online stores.
- 2. Gift Cards entitle the holder to goods/services equal to the value stated on the Gift Card or remaining after partial redemption.
- 3. Gift Cards can only be redeemed for purchases made the online retail store www.aftershockpc.com.au and instore at our showroom at 400 Dynon Road, West Melbourne.
- 4. Gift Cards are not redeemable for goods purchased from Aftershock Singapore and Aftershock Malaysia.
- 5. Gift Cards may not be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash.
- 6. The value shown on a Gift Card includes GST.
- 7. Gift Cards are partially redeemable and any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- 8. If the Gift Card holder's order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the Gift Card holder will be required to pay for the difference in price between the value of the Gift Card and the price of the goods or services.
- 9. All Gift Cards expire after 3 years. Gift Cards have to be redeemed within this period and not the specified expiry date.
- 10. Should Aftershock (acting reasonably and in good faith) suspect any fraud relating to a Gift Card, Aftershock may refuse to redeem the Gift Card or cancel the redemption of the Gift Card prior to the relevant goods/services paid for using the Gift Card being provided to the holder.
- 11. Aftershock holds no responsibility for lost or stolen Gift Cards. If your Gift Card is misplaced or stolen, kindly notify Aftershock promptly. Please note that Aftershock will not provide replacements for lost or stolen Gift Cards.
- 12. Gift Cards are not sold after purchase.
- 13. Gift Cards cannot be refunded or returned, unless otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
