Our Aftershock Promise

Know that when you speak to someone at Aftershock, you're speaking to a real person who knows what they're talking about. You're not going to be arguing with an automated voice and be stuck waiting on hold for hours - that's not what we're about. We have a dedicated support team who can answer any query you have about your PC and provide expert advice on how to solve any issue you're experiencing.

You can book a session with one of our experienced technicians to have them remotely access your PC and help fix a software issue or figure out if your issue is hardware related.

If your PC does need to come back to us for a service, know that it will be in the safe hands of expert technicians with years of experience. You'll be updated throughout the process and we'll always make sure that you're satisfied with the work we've done before we send it back to you.

Even after your warranty period is up, we still provide free lifetime remote support and if your system needs to be serviced by a technician, we'll put together a discounted price for you.

Support Information and Servicing Procedures

Every system sold by us is at a minimum, covered by a 2 Year Parts Warranty, with options for 3 Years and a choice between 'Carry In' and 'Pickup and Return' Warranty.

This covers part failures due to components being faulty and the labour cost for replacing them. We have a 1 for 1 part-exchange policy for failed parts during the warranty period.

'Carry In Warranty' means that for any warranty related work, you will need to drop off and pick up your system from our Melbourne showroom. If you can't come in, you will need to cover the delivery costs for getting the system to and back from us.

'Pickup and Return Warranty' means we cover those delivery costs nationwide.

Aftershock PC will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law:

(1) repair the Product (using new or refurbished replacement parts);

(2) replace the Product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product; or

(3) issue a partial refund of the original purchase price of the Product, if for some reason, the Product cannot be repaired or replaced—provided you return it during the parts warranty period owned.
