Job Description

We are seeking positive and motivated techies who love to solve problems and positively impact everyone that they deal with! This role is ideal for those with a genuine interest in PC hardware and system building, as well as a great knowledge of PC components and troubleshooting. You will be expected to solve many obscure problems in an effective way and are expected to be able to power through obstacles.

Responsibilities

• - Meeting deadlines for builds and keeping up with order volume.
• - Communicating with customers about their problems and keeping them informed along the way.
• - Building and servicing open-loop builds using a very high attention to detail, high quality and aesthetically pleasing loop building, and perfect cable management.

Requirements

• - Experience building custom PCs.
• - Expert knowledge of PC components.
• - Meticulously detailed, but still driven to get outcomes.
