We are seeking positive and motivated techies who love to solve problems and positively impact everyone that they deal with! This role is ideal for those who consider themselves to be PC experts, with a great ability to diagnose the causes of PC issues, and how to fix them. You will be expected to be organised, self motivated and outcome focused. You will be diligent with updating support tickets, while continuing to improve processes and the way we work. This will ensure our customers get an awesome experience and will be thrilled and have their rig back quickly and working better than ever.
