Job Description

Aftershock PC is looking to expand our team and continue to provide awesome service and support for our customers. We are seeking positive and motivated tech enthusiasts who would love to help people build their ultimate PC or laptop, and positively impact everyone that they deal with! We want someone who can grow with us and take on more responsibility as we grow.

Responsibilities

  • - Provide heroic pre and post-sale customer service with exceptional communication skills.
  • - Provide great PC hardware knowledge to customers so they can buy their ideal setup.
  • - First point of contact for customers via calls, emails, social media or those that walk into the store.

Requirements

  • - Understanding of popular game titles and professional applications.
  • - Go above and beyond for the customer, other team members, and other departments
  • - Passion for PC hardware and software.
  • - Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • - Advanced PC hardware knowledge/experience (training will also be provided).
  • - High attention to detail.
  • - Willing to take accountability and fix issues when things go wrong.
